di ko alam if pure vegestables ang gagawin nilang noodles. ang alam ko ay meron na nitong gumagawa pero chinese or malaysian yata. nakabili na ako nito sa mga grocery stores sa baguio. in one pack iba-ibang kulay green, yellow, light red ect. made of carrots, beans ect ito. masarap sya nutririous pa. i also heared about kalabasa noodles from the ilocos region. i kept on looking for that but i guess wala pa sa baguio yan.
i also know a family in gibraltar road baguio city supplying dehydrated vegestables to popular instant noodles company. yon bang naka pack na sahog sa noodles. i hope they still do that till now. sana rin matuloy ang noodle factories sa cordi para naman di puro vetsin ang mga noodles which is bad for our health.
