it's a community program in cagayan province. at least we don't have to import wheat to make noodles (or do we still use wheat ingredients to make those noodles?) and make noodles from local food resources we have.</description>

		<description>Great innovation! Flavored noodles are very good and healthy for you. We've had some that are made with spinach and carrots but haven't tasted one with squash yet. I am curious to know what it tastes like. How great that it's produced in Benguet!</description>

		<description>I can barely hear the interview with all the noise in the background, esp. whoever the speaker is on the mic.  hehe.  

I've also seen some whole wheat spaghetti noodles around now.  They're supposed to be healthier than regular noodles.</description>
